Oral Mist Spray - Take 2 sprays, 2-3 times daily.

Sublingual Powder - 1 scoop daily, directly under the tongue. The powder will dissolve instantly. Try to refrain from swallowing for at least 90 seconds.  Avoid eating or drinking for at least 15 minutes for best results.
